This oil is obtained by cold pressing in 24 hours, Frantoiano, Leccino, and Moraiolo olives harvested by hand between the end of October and mid-November. Extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a warm golden color and a refined fragrance that can be appreciated in its natural state

Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
